GVantage Technologies Inc., in USA, a ‘C’ class corporation (state California) established in the year 2009 to expand our reach to the global Telecom and VoIP operators. We are located at one of the prominent vicinities of the bay area in Silicon Valley where several Telecom and IT companies are available. GVantage (USA) successfully established several interconnections with global operators in these few years and has been able to reach a bench mark of aggregating 600 million minutes of voice traffic per month. It has its colocation facilities with one of the world’s best facility “Soft Layer” an IBM company, in the United States of America, where GVantage hosts it routing, billing and switching platforms.


GVantage Technologies Limited, Hong Kong was formed in the year 2012 as an SPV to invest and expand in African mining sector and we have successfully acquired one of the worlds’ largest Rock Phosphate mine in the northern region of Senegal, West Africa. We have in pipeline several other mining projects in Africa.


GVantage Projects SA, Senegal was incorporated in the year 2012 in Dakar, Senegal with an express purpose of handling varied projects based out of West Africa including Telecom, Infrastructure, IT and IT Enabled Services, commodity trading, Imports and Exports.


GVantage Technologies Inc. FZC, in UAE was formed as an SPV in the Ajman Free Zone, UAE to acquire Telecommunication licenses in Africa. This entity has acquired a Unified License for Mobile, Fixed Line and WiMAX by means of forming a JV company “HAYO” in Senegal. GVantage UAE also supplies the required Telecom products and solutions to its licensed operator company in Senegal and other clients in Africa and Middle East.


GVantage General Trading LLC (UAE), is formed as a Dubai Mainland limited
Liabilities Company in the year 2015 to cater the commodity trading business in Middle East and Africa. This entity is approaching major Telecom Operators and HNIs to Joint Venture for GVantage’s retail services across Middle East and Africa.
